Garlic Potato Wedges

Ingredients

Potatoes
4-5
Salt
To tase
Black Pepper
1 tsp*
Paprika
1 tsp*
Garlic Powder
1 ½ tsp*
Butter
50 g

Method

Cut potatoes into wedges. Add garlic powder, salt, black pepper and paprika. Mix well until all the wedges are fully coated with the spices. Melt butter and pour over the fries then set to bake until done. Serve with Garlic Mayo Sauce, or Chilli Ketchup.


* Quantity can be adjusted according to personal taste.
