Garlic Mayo Dip.

Adapt this recipe to your taste. I like lots and lots of vinegar in mine, I'm sure the rest of you wouldn't touch it =P. Also, the original recipe uses cream instead of yogurt but I find that heavier, difficult to digest and generally sweeter. 'Sweet' has no business being in a Garlic Mayo dip -.-

Ingredients

Garlic Clove                                                                      1
Mayonnaise                                                                     ½ cup
Salt                                                                                  ¼ tsp
Black Pepper                                                                     ¼ tsp
Vinegar                                                                            3-4 tbsp
Yogurt                                                                              3-4 tbsp
Oregano/ Parsley                                                              A pinch

Method

Mix mayonnaise and yogurt together in a bowl. Crush the garlic clove and add to the mixture with salt, black pepper and oregano (or parsley, whichever you prefer). Add the vinegar, mix well and serve with fries.
