Moroccan Sauce

Ingredients:

Lemon Juice
¼ cup
Garlic
1 clove (crushed)
Cumin
½ tsp (ground)
Paprika
¼ tsp
Red Chili Flakes
A pinch
Salt
¼ tsp
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tsp
Parsley/ Coriander
2 tbsp (minced)

Method:

In a bowl, whisk the lemon juice, garlic, cumin, paprika, chili flakes and salt together. Gradually start whisking in the oil, little by little. Stir in the parsley or coriander. Serve at room temperature.

- Great with all kinds of white and red meat. Can also be used as salad dressing.
