Roman Pie


Ingredients

Mince
250 gm
Onion
1 (finely chopped)
Salt
1 tsp
B. Pepper
1 tsp
Chilli Powder
1 tsp
Vinegar
2 tbsp
Flour
2 tbsp
Oil
¼ cup
Potatoes
4 (boiled and mashed)
Tomatoes
2 (sliced)
Eggs
3 (boiled and sliced)
Rice
1 cup (boiled)
Butter
2 ounce
Milk
½ cup

 Method

Heat oil and fry onion until transparent. Add mince with salt, pepper and vinegar. Add flour then slowly add ½ cup water, cover and cook till done, remove. Boil and mash potatoes with butter 1 ounce, salt and pepper ¼ tsp each, milk ½ cup, keep aside. In a pie dish, spread a layer of the mince, top with a layer of rice, then a layer of tomatoes, egg slices and then finally mashed potatoes on the top. Spread evenly. Sprinkle cheese, dot butter on top and bake on 180 degress for 15 minutes. Serve hot.
