Ingredients Chicken Breast 2-3 Salt ½ tsp B. Pepper ½ tsp Chilli Sauce 1 tbsp Soya Sauce 1 tbsp Chilli Garlic Sauce 1 tbsp All Purpose Flour 2 tbsp Oil for frying Mustard Paste 1 tsp Cheddar ½ cup Onion Rings fried Capsicum 1 Ketchup 2 tbsp Hotdog Buns 4 Method Cut up chicken breast into tiny pieces, almost mincing. Combine with salt, b. pepper, chilli, soya and chilli garlic sauce. Add flour and mix. Shape into very small meatballs and fry until done. In another bowl, mix capsicum, mustard paste, ketchup, cheddar, and chicken. Toast hotdog buns and spread butter or mayonnaise on them. Spread the chicken mixture generously on top of the buns and add the fried onion rings. Serve with french fries and cole slaw....
